Mushrooms coentrada

Ingredients
- 300 g mushrooms Pleurotus (or others)
- 6 garlic cloves (not peeled)
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 cup water
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Olive oil, for frying
- 1 lemon
- “Broa” bread (cornbread) or other bread of your choise
Instructions
- Rip or slice the mushrooms (including the stalks) and finely slice the coriander.
- Place a saucepan on a medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the olive oil, the garlic cloves and half the coriander.
- Add the mushrooms and the wine, spreading them evenly across the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the remaining finely sliced coriander.
- Serve with lemon wedges and slices of broa or rustic bread.
